Festivities included a captivating parade of esteemed mayors through the picturesque streets of Rotherham.
Led by the Yorkshire Society and the charismatic Helmsley town crier, David Hinde, the procession made its way from the town hall to the historic Rotherham Minster. Dressed in their splendid regalia, the civic dignitaries received thunderous applause from the cheering crowds that lined the route.
